Product Refunds

We don't support product refunds from our dashboard.

However, you can still process a product refund through your Stripe account. To process a refund for a product purchase, you'll need to

  • Login to your Stripe account
  • Go to the payments overview page
  • Find the payment to be refunded
  • Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge
    • In that menu, select refund payment
  • By default, the refund is for the full amount
    • For a partial refund, enter a custom amount
  • Select a reason for the refund
  • Click Refund
