We don't support product refunds from our dashboard.
However, you can still process a product refund through your Stripe account. To process a refund for a product purchase, you'll need to
- Login to your Stripe account
- Go to the payments overview page
- Find the payment to be refunded
- Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge
- In that menu, select refund payment
- By default, the refund is for the full amount
- For a partial refund, enter a custom amount
- Select a reason for the refund
- Click Refund
