On your tips tab, you can give props to your top supporters by showing a list of your top 12 fans with the largest total monetary contribution. Think of this as a "leaderboard" to help gamify fan support on your fan page.
To create this list, we calculate each fans total financial contributions, based on their cumulative tips, perks purchased, and total spent on membership.
We give you the option to display your top 12 supporters, and optionally show the total amounts of each top supporter. To toggle these options on...
- Login to your Fanlist dashboard
- Click "page settings" on main menu
- Click "features" tab
- Toggle on "Tips", "Top Supporters", and "Top Supporter Amounts"
Hiding Specific Supporters
Let's say you have a top supporter who doesn't want that recognition on your leaderboard. No problem. To hide that specific fan on your top supporters list, simply...
- Login to your Fanlist dashboard
- Click "fans" on main menu
- Find the specific fan
- From the context menu, toggle on "Hide as Top Supporter"
When that's toggled on, that fan will be hidden on your public top supporters list.
