Sometimes, there might be some unruly guests in your chat room. Fortunately, we have some moderate features to help account for bad behavior. Of course, the decision to moderate is always up to you.
Suspend a Fan
To stop a fan from posting in your Chat Room, you can use the option to "suspend" the fan from posting.
To suspend a fan, simply...
- Login to your Fanlist dashboard
- Click "fans" on the main menu
- Find the fan you want to suspend
- Click the context menu on the right
- In the dropdown, toggle on "suspend posting"
When a fan is Suspended, they can still access your chat room, but they will no longer be able to post a message. The suspended fan will see a message that says, "Your chat privileges are currently on hold". The fan will be suspended until you unsuspend them.
To unsuspend a fan, simply toggle off the "suspend" option for that fan.
