To keep your membership active, please make sure you have an active credit card on file.
If we encounter any issues will your credit card, we'll retry billing that card for about 2 weeks before canceling your subscription. We'll send you email notifications to update your credit card if our billing attempts fail.
How to Update Credit Card
To update your default credit card...
- Go to the creator fan page
- Click "members" tab
- Under your subscription box, click the 3-dot menu button
- Click "update credit card"
- Enter your new valid credit card details
Going forward, we'll use this new credit card for any of your recurring membership subscriptions.
