To start accepting fan tips and donations, follow these steps...
- Connect a Stripe Account (view article)
- Go to "page settings" in your Fanlist dashboard
- Toggle on "Tips"
- Toggle on "Message Tips"
By toggling on Tips, this enables the "tips" tab on your fan page. This lets fans give you one-time tips and include an optional message.
By toggling on Message Tips, this enables the tipping icon on messages in your inbox. This encourages fans to leave a tip after submitting an inbox message.
In both options, fans can either choose one of your suggested tips, or can leave their own custom tip amount.
