Fan can give you monetary tips on the "Tips" section of your fan page. All they need to do is select a suggested amount (or enter a custom amount), enter their credit card number, include an optional message, and click "give support". It's that easy.
You, as the page owner or admin, can reply to a tip by simply clicking the reply icon and submitting a reply.
To customize the tipping experience for your fans, we include some options you can customize. To make these customizations, login to the Fanlist dashboard, click "monetization" on the main menu, and click on the "general tips" tab. Here are the following options you can customize...
Suggested Amounts
You can always customize your 3 suggested tip amounts. Simply, enter your suggested amount for "low", "mid", and "high", then click save changes. Now, fans will see these suggested amount on the "tips" tab of your fan page.
Tip Label
The "Tip Label" is what a fan sees above the tip box on the "tips" tab of your fan page. By default, the label says "Leave a Tip", but you can change this to something more relevant to you. Some options you might prefer could be "Give a Donation", "Support My Show", etc.
Thank You Message
When fans successfully leave a tip, they'll receive a confirmation email thanking then for their support. You can customize this confirmation email by editing the thank you message here.
