Members can always cancel their own existing membership. They simply visit your fan page, and in the "members" tab, click on the context menu in their subscription box, and click "Cancel Membership".
As a fan page admin, you can also manually cancel a member's subscription. This can come in handy if a member doesn't know how to cancel their membership, and request you to do it for them.

- Login to your Fanlist dashboard
- Click "membership" on the main menu
- Click "members" tab
- Click on the member you wish to cancel the membership for
- In the open side drawer, click "cancel membership" option at the bottom
Billing Rules for Canceled Membership
Memberships that are canceled in between a billing cycle won't be prorated or refunded. This membership will officially end at the end of the current billing cycle.
The membership will remain active until the current billing cycle ends. During this time, their subscription status will be labeled "Cancel Pending".
