Fans can always cancel their own subscription. They simply visit your fan page, and in the "podcast" tab, click on the 3 dots next to their subscription status, and click "Cancel Subscription".
As a fan page admin, you can also manually cancel a fan's subscription. This can come in handy if a fan doesn't know how to cancel their subscription and are requesting help.
To cancel manually cancel a subscription as a fan page admin, simply...
- Login to your Fanlist dashboard
- Click "subscription" on the main menu
- Click "subscribers" tab
- Click on the fan you wish to cancel the subscription for
- In the side drawer, click "cancel subscription" option at the bottom
Billing Rules for Canceled Subscription
Subscriptions canceled between a billing cycle won't be prorated or refunded. This subscription will officially end at the end of the current billing cycle.
The subscription will remain active until the current billing cycle ends. During this time, their subscription status will be labeled "Cancel Pending".
